Bertolini Australasia (hereinafter referred to as BA) is committed to designing, manufacturing and assembling products that live up to the expectations of our customers.

We stand behind the quality and performance of all our products including materials, mechanical parts and workmanship, and warrant to the original purchaser that products bearing the reference numbers noted aresold free from defects in materials, mechanical parts and workmanship 

In the unlikely event that a problem should arise as a result of defective materials or workmanship, BA will repair or replace your product under the terms of the BA Warranty Policy (refer Terms & Conditions of Warranty below).

Bertolini Australasia (hereinafter referred to as BA) is committed to designing, manufacturing and assembling products that live up to the expectations of our customers.

We stand behind the quality and performance of all our products including materials, mechanical parts and workmanship, and warrant to the original purchaser that products bearing the reference numbers noted are sold free from defects in materials, mechanical parts and workmanship 

In the unlikely event that a problem should arise as a result of defective materials or workmanship, BA will repair or replace your product under the terms of the BA Warranty Policy (refer Terms & Conditions of Warranty below). 

Terms & Conditions of Warranty:

All warranty claims are to be submitted on the correct BA Warranty Form and accompanied with the faulty part, proof of purchase and returned to BA freight paid.

All warranty claims must be made to an authorised BA dealer (click here for list of Dealers)

Warranty applies whilst the product is owned by the original purchaser and is within the stated warranty period for relevant product or part (see below)

Warranty periods are:

Industrial and Contractors parts and products - 6 months from date of purchase

Vineyards and Orchards parts and products - 1 season from date of purchase

Lifestyle and Small Blocks parts and products - 12 months from date of purchase

Farming parts and products - 12 months from date of purchase

Farming, fertiliser spreaders parts and product – 24 months from date of purchase

The right to repair or replace any faulty or damaged product is at the sole discretion of BA

Warranty does not apply to parts or products that have been damaged as a result of misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, failing to follow correct operating instructions or failing to follow correct maintenance procedures and frequency. Warranty excludes freight, travel time and mileage charges.

Warranty must be registered with the BA website (click here) within 30 days of purchase

Maximum Liability

The maximum liability accepted by BA under warranty claims is limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty item. The end user assumes all responsibility for the use of the goods and neither the manufacturer nor any distributor or retailer shall be liable for any loss, damage or down time resulting in use. Any advice or recommendation given by a representative of BA is given in good faith and based on best information available to us but neither we, nor our staff, accept liability arising from following that advice.
